These Terms of Service govern your use of the Local Plate mobile application operated by Local Plate LLC. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
By downloading, installing, or using the Local Plate app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Local Plate is a restaurant discovery and membership platform that connects consumers with independent partner restaurants. The app offers:
The Community Pass is a monthly subscription billed at $5.99/month after a 14-day free trial. Payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's payment terms.
Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. To cancel, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
Local Plate LLC does not process, store, or have access to your payment information.
Each partner restaurant offers an exclusive first-time perk to Community Pass members. These perks are:
If a restaurant fails to honor your perk, contact us at business@localplate.app and we will follow up with the partner directly.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Local Plate LLC is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.
You may not create accounts using automated means or create accounts for purposes other than using the service as intended.

Partner restaurants are independent businesses that have entered into a separate agreement with Local Plate LLC. We do not own, operate, or control any partner restaurant. Local Plate LLC is not responsible for the quality of food, service, or any experience at a partner restaurant.
Restaurant information including hours, perks, and booking links may change. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.
All content within the Local Plate app, including the name, logo, design, and written content, is the property of Local Plate LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Local Plate LLC does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Plate LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or any partner restaurant.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
